It's quiet up there

Now here is something I find a little strange. I have lived in this spot for 16 years and during that time there is quite a bit of the L.A. to S.F. jets winging their way north and south. I sit exactly on the halfway mark between the 2 on the eastern edge of the coastal range. Northbound flights are to the west of me and southbound flights to the east. Every night, as I stargaze, there are always 6 to 10 flights merrily blinking away, until 3 nights ago. there is zip, nada nothing, flashing away in the night sky or jet trails in the daytime. It' like the whole pattern has been moved. Anyone else notice this? Now Camp Roberts and Hunter-Liggett are to the north and there has been an increase in military air traffic thumping away but what happen to the airliners? And why would the whole flight pattern move after flying over my place like clockwork. Hell I could almost tell you the flight numbers by what time they pass overhead. Just an observation. No tin foil here wondering out loud.

Since I like to borrow other bloggers words of wisdom. this next one was posted at " No Nanny State", go HERE to read his words of wisdom.

An Atlas Shrugged Moment of Zen -

“So you think that money is the root of all evil?” said Francisco d’Anconia, “Have you ever asked what is the root of money? Money is a tool of exchange, which can’t exist unless there are goods produced and men able to produce them. Money is the material shape of the principle that men who deal with one another must deal by trade and give value for value. Money is not the tool of the moochers, who claim your product by tears, or of the looters, who take it from you by force. Money is made possible only by the men who produce. Is this what you consider evil?”

Maybe the smoke from the Guiberson Fire (in Fillmore CA) that started on Tuesday 9/22 had them altering their routes. As of Friday 9/25, fire was 17500 acres and 75% contained.

“So you think that money is the root of all evil?”

This quotation, and the question that follow, are in error. Thus, the entire point written and made is based on a lie. The original quotation from which this is derived is, "The LOVE OF money is the root of all evil." Money is NOT evil... the love of it, and what that pursuit enables, IS.

In our neighborhood, we have had black helicopters flying overhead more frequently. Then earlier this week, they were flying overhead all morning, and close. It's strange.
