Is anybody ..out there?

Pink Flloyd.

But the question remains, is there anybody reading this crap? I don't have access to the website, but looking at the lack of comments, I've started to wonder if any, or how many visit this site? Just curious as to what the stats are and the only way I can judge it is by comments.

Help me out here folks!

We read, I'm guessing only about 1% leave comments....I'm guilty of not leaving enough comments myself, but I also read tons and tons of blogs and that's lots of typing, much more than writing a blog if i were to comment to everyone...I'll try to do better...I promise.

I regularly scan all of the recently updated prepper websites from the most recently updated listing on the Texas site. I read this one when it is updated.

I'd like to see one of the preppers post more information about wild plants that are edible (like plantain, catails, dandelion) and how you would eat it or something that will help me survive a total meltdown...no job, no money, no food, and the only option is government (refuge or internment) camps to get food. Is there a way to survive without resorting to going to a government camp.

And then what if our government system melts down and China invades California like in the Red Dawn scenario. What are the best escape routes out of California to prevent yourself from being killed. Where should people go, farther inland to the Sierra Nevadas to hide or to an inland state, etc.

I am a CA reader. I got out of the habit of dropping by when there was the l.o.n.g. lag in posting. I'll visit more often now that the site is active again!

I had expressed interest in doing some writing, but had never heard back from the previous CA blogger. I'll send info privately if you are interested.

My apologies. I see that you actually have exactly what I was looking for with the edible plants under the Wildman Steve Brill and Eating Acorns. Thanks for this information.

I'm a new reader in Los Angeles. In light of our current economic crisis, I'm considering full-time RV living and am scouring the web for tips. I don't want to get stuck in a quarantine area in a worst case scenario.

I live in So Cal ( soon to be renamed mexifornia). I just found this blog yesterday and have added it to my favorites and will be reading every day. Although with the multitude of prepping blogs out there, what I need to do to be prepared is a little overwhelming and trying to figure out where to start has been confusing.

Another SoCal (high desert) reader! Also a bit overwhelmed! First big priority - get the well on solar power! Without water, no way can I hunker down at home.
